夹爪式挠性联轴器L系列选型
- (1)选择时,根据发动机类型和运行条件,从表1中选择使用系数。
- (2)将负载扭矩(T)乘以表 1 中的使用系数(SF)来计算修正扭矩(T'),并选择型号,使联轴器的允许扭矩等于或大于修正扭矩(见下表)。
- (3)请确认所需轴孔直径在选定型号的最大轴孔直径以下。超过的情况下,请选择适合那个的型号。(参照下表)
- (4)直接连接电机使用时,请参照表2、表3的选择表。
扭矩计算方法
T = 9550 × P n T = 974 × P n
- T=负荷扭矩N・m{kgf・m}
- P=传输功率kW
- n = 转速r/min
- T' = 修正扭矩 N・m {kgf・m}
